Everything about the day just seemed to be refreshing and calm, and everything ran smoothly.
Nicole's bridesmaids were so easy to work with and Brian's groomsmen were as fun as they could be!
The ceremony was very sweet, the flowers were perfect, and the sunny weather made for gorgeous lighting!
...But it wasn't until later in the evening that I realized why the entire day felt so comforting to me...
You see, when Nicole walked down the isle, Brian got tears in his eyes...sweet loving tears fell to his cheeks the entire ceremony, and he got choked up when saying his vows...
Then, when Nicole and Brian walked into the reception, the song "To Make You Feel My Love" played as they danced their first dance as husband and wife...
And lastly, as we were on the pier later in the night about to take some fun, romantic pictures, I found out that Brian is a "whiskey man" and Nicole likes her wine...
Now this might not make much sense to all of you...
You are probably saying, "that sounds like a typical wedding to me"...
But you see, it was all too familiar...
Like a TRUE Deja-Vu moment...
Because...15 years ago this month:
1. Craig's tears flowed and he got choked up saying his vows to me during our wedding ceremony.
2. WE danced our first dance to "To Make You Feel My Love"
and...
3. CRAIG is a "whiskey man" and I LOVE my wine!
SO....My "Favorite Wedding Moment" was that I was taken back to OUR wedding day!
Congratulations to Nicole and Brian and may you have as much love and excitement as Craig and I have had these past 15 years....
