On Sunday, September 6, 2009 it threatened rain all day, but by looking at the colorful pictures below, you would NEVER know!
The back lawn of the Breaker's Resort, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean made a fabulous setting for Robin Boyer and Bart Bales as they exchanged vows amongst about 75 of their closest friends and family. (not to mention the approximately 200 onlookers who cheered from their hotel balconies at the conclusion of the ceremony!)
As you have seen on my blog before, I usually do about half of the pictures in black and white, sepia, or some other color effect but with the gorgeous flower design by Mark Gladden, I just couldn't resist doing most of these in full vibrant color!
Jill and I were blessed (as usual) to have a very sweet group of people to work with and Robin and Bart were one of the dearest couples we have had this season! We also were lucky to have extremely animated kids in the wedding party and taking a TON of pictures of them was hard to resist!
We want to thank Robin and Bart for having us on the wedding day and wish them all the happiness that life and love can bring!
