I have to say that the best part of my job besides the fact the I get to share in one of the most spectacular days in someone's life is getting to do it for a friend! On May 16, 2009, Craig and I got to travel to Rock Hill, SC to take part in the wedding of one of the sweetest and happiest couples we know!
Emily Pendleton and William Matthews were wed in the magnificent St. John's Methodist Church and then celebrated with their friends and families at their reception held at the Palmetto Room on Main Street. Even though threats of rain were abound, when it was time for pictures, the mist ceased and it was the lighting of photographers' dreams!
The band "Loose Chain" played beach, rock and pop and we were even entertained by William's version of some good old RAP music! We had a great time watching the soul train dances as well as the shaggers, and we all wished the couple well under an "umbrella" of bubbles as they left for their honeymoon!
We want to wish Emily and William MANY happy years together and want to thank them for having us on their beautiful day!
